ProvenBooking collects the data needed to operate the speaker discovery workflow and support customer accounts.
What we collect
- Account, profile, and onboarding data when you sign up and use the product.
- Email address, name, LinkedIn URL, and optional website provided at sign-up.
- Voice profile inputs, public source links, booking settings, talks, pitches, and application status.
- Usage and delivery data needed to operate discovery, review, email send, and form handoff workflows.
Why we collect it
- To provide the ProvenBooking service, including profile build, discovery, pitch review, and support.
- To secure accounts and detect abuse.
- To improve the product; we do not sell data to third parties.
Service providers
ProvenBooking uses service providers for authentication, database hosting, email delivery, AI processing, and opportunity research. We share data with those providers only as needed to operate the product.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing nico@provenlabs.ai. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, billing, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
