These Terms of Service govern your use of ProvenBooking, including the paid beta. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service description
ProvenBooking is a speaker discovery and application review platform. The service helps you configure booking settings, find speaking opportunities, draft pitches, and track application status. We do not guarantee bookings, paid speaking work, organizer responses, or speaking engagements.
Paid beta
Beta access is limited and may change quickly as the product improves. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed during the beta. Paid beta fees, if charged, cover access to the current beta service and do not guarantee a booking outcome.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to ProvenBooking, including booking settings inputs, bio information, talks, booking settings, and pitch edits. You grant us a license to use this content to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Review before sending
You are responsible for reviewing factual claims, pitch content, recipient details, and form payloads before anything is sent or submitted. Email submissions require your confirmation. Form submissions require you to submit the organizer form yourself and mark the application as applied.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use ProvenBooking to send spam, harass event organizers, submit false information, impersonate another person, or violate third-party terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
ProvenBooking is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed opportunities, rejected pitches, organizer decisions, third-party platform changes, or damages arising from your use of the service.
